This 16-story condominium tower was completed in 2004, under a fast-track design process. LDA was brought into the process by Heller Manus Architects under a design-build arrangement with the Owner’s selected general contractor. Already under construction, LDA assisted the design architect with both design detailing and constructibility concerns, in close cooperation with the the general contractor and their subcontracted design-build team. Located on a small, irregular site in San Francisco’s South-of-Market, the project sits on the cusp between offices and the burgeoning high-density Rincon Hill residential area.
