Pier 40 Hotel & Mixed-Use Development

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency retained LDA as design consultants for the development of Pier 40 on the San Francisco waterfront. The work entailed feasibility studies and planning for a hotel, a yacht club, launching facilities, restaurants and shops bordering the marina at the South Beach Redevelopment Project. Included was a study of alternative adaptive reuses of the original pier 40 bulkhead along the Embarcadero.
