Westside Renaissance Housing Development
(Currently in design) A full city block of wartime public housing, constructed in 1943, the Westside Courts is proposed to become the Western Addition’s latest urban upgrade. The project will replace current residential units one to one in addition to providing opportunities for other mixed income housing (BMR and for sale units). The on-site day care center will be retained and offered new facilities and outdoor playground space. Other amenities will include community room, community gardens, secured parking, and landscape podium with private outdoor space. |
