LDA has many years of experience working with the construction industry on design-build projects. We understand the building process and can help clients and builders make better budget and schedule decisions. LDA specializes in design-build projects from $5 million to $30 million. As part of the design-build team, we frequently attend the first meeting between the builder and prospective client and often help the builder secure a contract with the client.
