Janet Kennedy joined LDA in 2005, bringing along a rich, 14-year career spanning from the Midwest to California. She has stepped directly into Project Management for our condominium, country clubs and community center projects. She is at ease with both negotiated and hard bid projects, clients and regulatory authorities, and all that she encounters in the process from idea to occupancy.

Janet has earned the respect of her colleagues, clients and builders for her collaborative style and commitment to their individual goals, through concentrated effort and knowledgeable leadership
